Yung Quis feat. Big Herk – Keepin Score

Detroit rappers Yung Quis and Big Herk team up to deliver “Keepin Score,” a new song and music video from Yung Quis’ upcoming project K.O.D. Over a smooth jazz sample the two MCs celebrate life while they reflect on their past struggles and the sacrifices made on their road to success. The new single follows the hard-hitting Jeezy assisted “RAP” that HotNewHipHop called “something special.”

“When I was 15-years-old I got shot for that ‘hood,” Yung Quis recounts. “I did a lot of stuff that was nonsense. The ‘hood didn’t do nothing for me but take from me. Now that I’ve made it out of there, the most idiotic thing I could do is go back and stand on a corner with everybody else.”

In addition to “RAP” and “Keepin Score,” K.O.D. will feature the autobiographical 2020 single “Dexter”, the laid-back appreciation track “Feels So Good” featuring T.I. and the drug-fueled banger “Whip It Up” produced by and featuring Jazze Pha. Yung Quis’ has collaborated with Detroit artists Sada Baby, Icewear Vezzo and Big Herk as well as T.I, Boosie Badazz, Cassidy and more.
